Held finance leadership roles at major companies and groups such as Nutifood, Nova Service Group, CJ Foods Vietnam, THP Group and Masan Nutri Science, overseeing financial management, investment strategy and group-level finance operations.
Extensive experience in cash flow optimization, fundraising, IPO preparation, M&A and corporate restructuring, and in leading finance system integration, ERP and governance standardization to international standards.
As a leader, has managed large finance teams and taken part directly in Board-level strategic decisions, helping companies improve financial performance and sustainable development.
