Ms. Dao Chan Phuong is currently Deputy Director of the HR Management & Development Division and Director of SeABank Academy at SeABank, responsible for workforce development strategy, training and building a learning organization.
She is also a member of the Executive Board of the World Institute for Action Learning (WIAL) for the 2026–2028 term and helps develop the Action Learning method in Vietnam.
With over 25 years of experience in organizational development (OD) consulting, talent management and corporate training, she has designed and delivered many programs on organizational models, competency frameworks and HR development strategies for businesses and financial institutions.
She has trained and advised many major organizations in Vietnam and abroad, such as Vietcombank, BIDV, Techcombank, Mastercard, Honda and Panasonic, in leadership, HR management, coaching and organizational capability development.
