Currently CEO of GPO and a full-time lecturer at FSB Institute of Management & Technology – FPT University, teaching Strategic Management, HR Management and Entrepreneurship in the MBA program.
Independent consultant to organizations such as VCCI, ILO and many large enterprises on corporate strategy, organizational restructuring, talent development and HR management systems.
PhD in Business Administration from Aix-Marseille University; has taken part in many transformation, restructuring and HR development projects for LG, VNPT Media, Techcombank, Nam Cuong, ELCOM and other groups.
