Mr. Doan Anh Tuan is currently Party Secretary, Vice Chairman of the University Council and Vice Rector of Dong Do University. He is also Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Science, Technology and Development.
He spent 3 years as Head of Project Investment / Head of the Supervisory Board at a subsidiary of Hanoi Housing Development and Investment Corporation, and over 10 years as Principal Officer / Chief Accountant at the Vietnam Petroleum Institute.
He holds an MBA from Southern Columbia University (USA) and a PhD in Economic Management from the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics and Public Administration.
