Ms. Hoang Thi Thu is a finance and accounting expert with over 12 years of experience in audit and FDI environments, in roles such as chief accountant, tax consultant and auditor. She is strong in building finance functions, establishing internal controls and financial–business planning, aiming for transparency, efficiency and sustainable growth.
She holds reputable professional certifications such as Vietnamese CPA, a tax advisory practicing certificate and IFRS, and is pursuing CFA and CMA to strengthen her financial management and investment capabilities.
Currently Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Tico Vietnam JSC, while advising companies in the ecosystem on operations, finance and growth strategy.
