  • Mr. Le Thang Can holds a Bachelor of Accounting – Auditing and a Master of Public Management from the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City, with 22 years of experience in accounting.
  • He was a Board Member of Ho Chi Minh City Securities Corporation from 2014 to 2021 and a Board Member of REE Corporation from 2019 to 2021.
  • He is currently Chief Accountant of Ho Chi Minh City Finance and Investment State-Owned Company (HFIC).
