Ms. Le Thi Thuy is the Founding and Managing Partner of Lawlink Vietnam Law Firm, with over 20 years of experience specializing in corporate structuring and governance, investment, and mergers and acquisitions. This includes nearly 10 years in the public sector, 10 years as Legal & Compliance Director and executive committee member at major companies such as Hoa Binh Construction Group, Nam Long Group and Archetype Group, as well as experience at Vietnamese and foreign law firms.
She currently serves as an independent board member of several Vietnamese companies.
