Work Experience
- Thuan is the Chairman & CEO of FiinRatings, Thuan has over 20 years of extensive experience in market research, market entry advisory services, M&A and due diligence. Thuan has successfully led the delivery of various market research & consulting projects for local & foreign institutions including World Bank, IFC, Japan Economic Research Institute (a member of Development Bank of Japan), Vietnam Challenge Fund (funded by ADB); foreign investors such as SK, CJ, Lotte, Samsung, KB, AEON, JOIN.
- Previously, Thuan was a Senior Investment Officer at Vietnam Holding Asset Management with AUM of US$125mn specializing in Public Equity, Private Equity and SOE IPOs and a Manager at Transaction/Deal Services of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Sydney, Australia and Vietnam. Thuan holds an MBA degree from the University of New South Wales, Australia and is a fellow UK Chartered Certified Accountant (“ACCA”).
