Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoa is currently Managing Lawyer at CDLAF, with over 15 years of experience in corporate legal practice. Her expertise covers corporate, investment, commercial contracts, tax – accounting, labor, cybersecurity and personal data protection.
She has directly advised and acted as lead counsel in many matters involving investment licenses, commercial transactions, project transfers and construction disputes, and regularly advises domestic and foreign companies in manufacturing, technology, e-commerce, healthcare and services. She also oversees legal reviews of investment activities, business operations and personal data processing under the law.
She holds a Bachelor of Law from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law and is a member of the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association.
