Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy is currently Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Talent Connect JSC, with over 10 years of leadership experience in finance, accounting, internal audit, risk management and executive management.
Previously, she was General Director of Nova FnB JSC and CFO/Head of Finance at many large groups in F&B, retail and education. She has hands-on experience in M&A, valuation, financial health checks and due diligence, contributing significantly to investment decisions and corporate strategy.
She also has deep expertise in digital transformation, having taken part in implementing ERP, FAST and Industry 4.0 digitization systems and operational data projects, optimizing financial management, increasing productivity and maximizing operational efficiency.
With strategic thinking, strong financial management skills and extensive executive experience, she helps companies maintain financial stability while driving sustainable growth and long-term value.
