Mr. Pham Quoc Tuan is the Founder and Managing Partner of Dimac. Before founding Dimac, he was a Partner at P&P Law Firm for nearly 10 years, after working at leading law firms such as Luat Viet, Thang & Associates and Lucy Wayne & Associates.
He is a member of the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association, an Arbitrator at the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC), a Mediator at the Vietnam Mediation Centre and a Steering Committee member of the Vietnam Commercial Lawyers Club.
He completed the Negotiation Program at Harvard Law School and an LLM in International Commercial Dispute Resolution in the United Kingdom in 2011. In 2017, he completed Commercial Mediation training by the UK Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR).
