Work Experience

  • Ms. Pham Thi Thuy Duong is currently Director of Tue Vinh Law Firm.
  • She has taken part in many donor-funded legal projects, such as surveying and drafting the Enterprise Law and Investment Law (World Bank, 2003–2005), establishing the Vietnam Bar Federation (Ministry of Justice, 2011) and improving Vietnam’s judicial system (JICA, 2011–2014).
  • She has also held various corporate positions: Deputy General Director (Eurowindow Holding), Chief of the Chairman’s Office (BRG Group, Viet A Bank), Legal Director (BRG Group, Eurowindow Holding, Kangaroo Group, Nam Cuong Group), personal lawyer to the Chairman/CEO (SeABank, Viet A Bank, PVI), and Deputy HR Director (SeABank).
  • She was a lecturer at the Judicial Academy for 5 years and is a member of the Vietnam Bar Federation, the Hanoi Bar Association and the International Commercial Lawyers Club.
