He is a results-oriented executive with extensive experience in strategic and operational advisory for business owners and C-level executives, particularly in times of change and transformation. Throughout his career, he has served in both operational and interim management roles, saving over 30 companies in critical situations and sustainably improving many more.
With CFO/COO experience in multiple organizations, he has managed finance, HR, procurement, and supply chain, optimizing processes, increasing transparency, and enhancing collaboration. As a former Professor of Business Administration, he also significantly increased brand awareness for a private university through networking and marketing.
