Ms. Tong Thi Thu Thao is a lawyer and currently Head of Legal & Contract Management at Ricons Construction Investment JSC.
In addition to advising public companies on risk management and corporate governance legal matters, she has in-depth knowledge and practical experience in construction law. She advises on legal compliance and dispute resolution for many major projects in Vietnam from tendering through implementation and final settlement, including civil, industrial and infrastructure works with diverse funding sources.
She is a member of the Inspection Committee of the Society of Construction Law Vietnam (SCLVN) and actively contributes to the construction law community.
She holds a Master of Economic Law from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law and an LLM in International Construction Contracts from Panthéon-Assas University (Paris II), and holds the FIDIC global Contract Management certificate. She was named in the GC Powerlist Vietnam 2024 of in-house lawyers.
