Ms. Tran Thi Hai Yen is currently Deputy General Director – Legal at KEPPEL Vietnam Co., Ltd. and Independent Board Member of Hai An Transport and Stevedoring JSC (ticker HAH).
She is a member of the Hanoi Bar Association. She has over 30 years of experience, including as a lawyer at White & Case and Baker & McKenzie, 16 years as Deputy Head of Legal at VINALINES, and over 3 years as Head of Legal at SUN GROUP.
She holds a Master of International Maritime Law from the IMO International Maritime Law Institute (IMLI), a postgraduate degree in Maritime Transport Economics and a Bachelor of International Law from Hanoi University.
