The 2023 G20/OECD Principles of Corporate Governance was also issued with the view of promoting market openness and transparency, enhancing economic efficiency, promoting sustainable development and stabilizing the economic and financial system.

For companies and investors, the latest version of the G20/OECD Principles of Corporate Governance aims to help companies access finance from capital markets to promote investment and innovation; providing an effective framework to protect investors through increased transparency and accountability of the company’s management and executive teams. Simultaneously, this 2023 version of G20/OECD Principles of Corporate Governance also set goals to facilitate companies’ resilience effectively and sustainably, as well as stabilize the economy in general.
