IOD India and VNIDA Forge Strategic Alliance to Elevate Corporate Governance Across Borders
Ho Chi Minh City, 18 July 2025 – The Vietnam Independent Directors Association (VNIDA) and the Institute of Directors (IOD) India have officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) during the Independent Director Forum 2025, marking a pivotal moment in regional collaboration for boardroom excellence.
This strategic partnership aims to strengthen corporate governance practices in both Vietnam and India through joint initiatives in director training, certification, and cross-border knowledge exchange. The MoU was signed in the presence of senior representatives from both organizations, including Mr. Manoj K. Raut, CEO & Secretary General of IOD India, and VNIDA’s leadership team.
Key areas of collaboration include:
- Director Training & Certification: Introducing IOD’s globally recognized “Masterclass for Directors” to Vietnamese board members.
- Knowledge Exchange: Co-developing seminars, research publications, and best-practice sharing.
- Events & Forums: Hosting joint conventions and webinars to connect governance experts and business leaders.
