Mr. Le Viet Tho is the Founder and Managing Partner of CBS Legal, LLC.
He has 28 years of experience providing professional advice on legal matters, licensing, business management, finance, contracts, restructuring, M&A, compliance and outsourcing services for foreign-invested enterprises, multinationals operating in Vietnam and large Vietnamese private companies.
He currently serves as an independent executive member responsible for legal, finance and governance at several foreign-invested enterprises and social enterprises in Vietnam.
Since 2016, he has been a visiting lecturer in advanced legal advisory for lawyer training courses at the Judicial Academy (Ministry of Justice).
He holds an MBA from California Miramar University (USA).
