Mr. Luu Hoang Ha is the chairman of Nami Energy, Vietnam Director of AIEN – Association of International Energy Negotiators, Advisor to VILAF Energy Practice Group, and Senior Distinguished Fellow, Fulbright School of Public Policy and Management.
Mr. Ha has 25 years of specialized energy law practice and energy policy making. He founded Nami Energy in 2019 to invest in and facilitate investment in Vietnam energy transition.
Mr. Ha obtained Bachelor of Laws (Hanoi Law School), Bachelor of English Language (Hanoi School of Foreign Studies), and Master of Law (Warwick Law School, England).
