Mr. Nguyen Duc Luyen is an Independent Board Member of Gelex Electric JSC. He is also Deputy General Director of Gelex Infrastructure JSC and Director of the Investment Planning Department at Viglacera Corporation.
He served for many years as a Board Member of Hai Phong Thermal Power JSC and Quang Ninh Thermal Power JSC. At the State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC), he was Deputy Head of Finance & Accounting and Deputy Head of Planning.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting and Informatics and an MBA from the University of Economics – Vietnam National University, as well as a Master of Accounting and an MBA from Griggs University (USA).
