Mr. Pham Xuan Sang is a founding member and Chairman of the Vietnam Traders Arbitration Center (VTA). VTA was founded in 2018 in response to practical business needs and the Vietnamese business community’s wish for a commercial dispute resolution institution that understands Vietnam’s culture, business environment and judicial practice. He is also the founder and Managing Partner of SENLAW, a law firm specializing in litigation and dispute resolution in Vietnam.
Over the past 20 years, he has been closely involved in establishing and operating legal governance systems for many leading private-sector companies in Vietnam, including organizing the corporate governance system and serving as Legal Director of Truong Hai Group (THACO) from 2013 to 2022.
As a VNIDA member, he hopes to help standardize, promote and elevate corporate governance suited to Vietnam’s culture and business practice while meeting progressive governance standards.
