Mr. Phan Anh Vu is a co-founder and has been a Partner at Indochine Counsel since 2006, one of Vietnam’s leading commercial law firms in M&A, capital markets, energy projects, construction investment, restructuring, international commercial transactions and dispute resolution.
With many years as in-house counsel and over 18 years of business law practice in Vietnam, he has advised and represented many clients, groups and investors in transactions, investment projects and day-to-day business in Vietnam.
He holds degrees in Law, Business Administration and Foreign Languages, and is a member of the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association, an associate of the Vietnam Institute of Arbitration Research and Training (VIART), a CEDR-accredited mediator and a VNIDA member.
