Mr. Phan Thanh Binh is currently Deputy General Director of Strategy and Transactions (SaT) at EY Consulting Vietnam JSC. He is also the Deputy General Director in charge of Korean clients for Indochina.
He has over 25 years of experience in transaction advisory, audit and other assurance services. He leads EY’s due diligence services in Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia, and has led multicultural teams. He has advised on over 800 M&A transactions with a total successful deal value of more than USD 12 billion in Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia.
He holds an Executive MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Finance & Accounting from the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City. He is a Vietnamese CPA and a member of ACCA.
