Mr. Tong Cong Cuong is currently Managing Director of Risk Management and Compliance at Ho Chi Minh City Securities Corporation (HSC). He leads and takes part in drafting the Charter and internal regulations, and attends HSC’s Board and General Shareholders’ meetings. He is also an independent member of the open-ended fund executive board at Eastspring Investments fund management company.
He has over 20 years of experience in law, including research and teaching at Ho Chi Minh City University of Law, senior advisory at Russin & Vecchi, and in-house counsel at Eastspring Investments and HSBC Vietnam.
He is a member of the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association and holds a Master of Laws from Nagoya University, Japan.
