Mr. Vu Manh Quynh is an independent legal and governance advisor at board level, currently serving as Managing Partner of ECOVIS Vietnam Law, a member firm of ECOVIS International, and a licensed Attorney-at-Law and Insolvency Practitioner in Vietnam.. He has over 20 years of professional experience advising large Vietnamese enterprises, multinational corporations, and foreign-invested companies on corporate governance, M&A, foreign direct investment (FDI), restructuring, crisis management, and ESG-related compliance.
Mr. Vu Manh Quynh has extensive experience working directly with Chairmen, Boards of Directors, SupervisoryBoards, and C-level executives, providing independent advice on board effectiveness, governance architecture, shareholder relations, executive accountability, and enterprise risk oversight. His work reflects an independent director’s mindset, combining fiduciaryresponsibility, regulatory discipline, and long-term enterprise value protection.
He is a PhD candidate in Banking and Finance at Tomas Bata University (Czech Republic) and holds an MBA from a German university, with strong academic grounding in finance, strategy, and corporate management. He also serves as a guest lecturer in corporate governance and business law programs.
