We are pleased to introduce the first three Committees of the Vietnam Independent Directors Association (VNIDA):
- Professional & Technical Committee;
- Legal & Policy Committee; and
- Membership & Marcoms Committee.
The VNIDA is dedicated to fostering excellence in corporate governance and driving forward a new era of transparency and accountability in Vietnam.
VNIDA helps elevate the transparency, performance, ethics, integrity, corporate governance, and professionalism of directors serving on the boards of Vietnamese companies.
VNIDA is Vietnam’s only Independent Directors Association officially approved by the Vietnam Ministry of Home Affairs.
