VNIDA partners with Institute of Directors (IoD)


VNIDA is delighted to be partnering with the Institute of Directors (IoD). The UK’s largest membership organisation for business leaders, providing informative events, professional development courses for self-improvement, networking and expert advice. Founded in 1903, and endowed with a Royal Charter within three years, the IoD sets the standard for British business leaders. Today, the IoD has around 20,000 members in the UK and welcomes members, worldwide. The IoD is the only institute in the world to offer internationally recognised qualifications designed for directors specific to the core competencies required of directors and senior leaders.

The VNIDA is social-professional organisation of current and aspiring independent directors in Vietnam. The VNIDA’s focus is to promote best practices in corporate governance, to enhance the value of independent directors and board performance through networking, training and experience sharing, as well as protecting the interests of members to strengthen the professionalism, independence, transparency, and integrity of independent directors.

These ambitions reflect the pillars of the VNIDA’s mission and speaking about the partnership, Mr Dang The Duc, VNIDA Vice President and Secretary General said:
