- As a former Board Member at Prudential Indonesia, he contributed to governance and decision-making that sustained the company’s No. 1 market share, overseeing strategies for more than 250,000 agents and 400 sales offices.
- For over a decade, he has served on executive committees in multiple countries, including Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, and India, navigating diverse cultural and regulatory environments to drive sustainable growth and innovation.
- Currently based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, where he is consulting and developing an AI InsurTech platform. Mr. Stearns most recently served as Deputy CEO at Phu Hung Life Insurance (2020–2022), where he managed operations, human resources, IT, and distribution amid challenging conditions.
