  • With over thirty years of worldwide experience in healthcare management and expertise in managing social and humanitarian systems, Lourdes Annoussamy excels in promoting security, health, and social inclusion while ensuring financial sustainability.
  • Since 2020, as a Senior Advisor at Vinatier Psychiatric Hospital in Lyon, France, Lourdes has significantly enhanced child psychiatry, autism, health, and social inclusion efforts. The advisory role extends to French hospitals and Luxembourg University, fostering impactful collaborations with Vietnamese hospitals and universities in Hanoi, Danang and Hue.
  • Previously, from 2014 to 2020, Lourdes served as the Director of Nursing and education at Hanoi French Hospital, directing multicultural teams and spearheading healthcare plans.
  • Committed to healthcare and humanitarian causes, Lourdes continues to make significant contributions globally, impacting a substantial number of individuals and collaborating with institutions in Vietnam, France and Belgium.
